Description
The Nanlite PavoTube Transparent Polycarbonate Clip with 5/8″ Baby Pin is a mounting accessory designed for the Nanlite PavoTube II 15C (2′) and PavoTube II 30C (4′) RGBW LED tube lights. Transparent polycarbonate construction lets you clip the tube to a stand without blocking the light output from the lens-side wall of the fixture, giving you more placement flexibility when mounting at close range or into a diffusion frame.
The integrated 5/8″ baby pin threads directly into any standard light stand spigot, articulating arm, C-stand arm, or grip head — the universal standard for film and photo grip equipment. The clip is transparent so it doesn’t cast a hard shadow when mounted close to a diffusion panel or background. Orient the tube so the transparent clip faces toward your subject, not your stand hardware, to minimise any interruption in the RGBW output.
A C-stand arm + grip head accepts the 5/8″ baby pin directly. This makes it straightforward to suspend the PavoTube horizontally overhead, to the side at any angle, or offset over a table or product surface — positions that a standard tripod stand can’t hold.
The 4′ PavoTube II 30C benefits from two clips when mounted horizontally — one near each end — to prevent sagging and keep the tube level. We have three clips in stock; if your setup needs two per tube, plan your order accordingly.
