Connect all sources, check resolution settings, and verify the image fills the screen properly. Last-minute display troubleshooting with a crowd waiting is stressful and avoidable.
Confirm your source device output matches the display input — HDMI, USB-C, or VGA. Bring a backup cable and a universal adapter just in case your primary fails.
Projected and LCD images wash out in bright rooms. Close blinds, dim overhead lights, or position the screen away from windows for the best image quality.
Tape down cable runs and use strain relief on connections. A kicked-out HDMI cable mid-presentation is the most common and most preventable display failure.
