The Dana Dolly Pipe Set provides the steel pipe rails that the Dana Dolly carriage runs on. Without pipe, the dolly has nothing to roll on — rent this together with the Dana Dolly system for a complete portable tracking solution. The universal track ends accept standard pipe diameter for a secure, rattle-free connection.

Rental Tips
Dollies need flat, smooth surfaces to roll on. Walk the path in advance, checking for bumps, cables, or transitions between floor types that could cause a jolt mid-take.
Even a small slope causes the dolly to drift. Use shims, apple boxes, or wedges under the track supports until the bubble level reads true from end to end.
Use tape marks on the track or floor for repeatable moves. When you need to match a dolly move across multiple takes, marks are faster and more consistent than eyeballing it.
Double-check your camera plate lock and safety tether before every take. A camera sliding off a moving dolly is the most expensive mistake on set.
